laki5 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the laki5 platform and all its associated services. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are voluntarily and fully accepting these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — All digital channels including laki5's website and mobile services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who uses the platform or manages an account.
• "Services" — Slot games, cricket betting, live casino, fishing games, and all entertainment gaming features available on the platform.
• "Account" — A personal account registered on laki5 through which services are accessed.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the laki5 platform. Services are open only to those aged 21 or above. Accounts of underage users will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Registration Terms

• Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Use a strong password to secure your account and change it regularly.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the laki5 support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

laki5 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. As part of this process, copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested. laki5 has the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on laki5 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits must come only from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.

• Deposits made using third-party accounts or payment methods are prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally updated instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements associated with the bonus must be met first.
• laki5 may request additional documents when necessary and may hold suspicious withdrawals.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on laki5 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after betting 20 times the bonus amount.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own wagering requirements, expiry period, and other conditions.
• A bonus cannot be used alongside multiple promotions at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• A bonus may apply only to specific games or game categories.
• If any suspicious betting pattern is detected with the intent of earning bonuses, laki5 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• If wagering is not completed within the set period after receiving a bonus, the bonus will expire.

4.3 VIP Program

laki5's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on play volume and activity. VIP benefits are subject to change at laki5's discretion.

Slot games, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and many other types of services are available on the laki5 platform. All game providers have their own rules, which can be viewed within each game.

5.1 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum betting limit, as stated in the game guidelines. laki5 reserves the right to impose betting limits on specific accounts when necessary.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, network disconnection, or any other technical issue, laki5 will assess the situation fairly where applicable. Any winnings displayed due to a software error will be considered void.

5.3 Finality of Results

Game results recorded by laki5 are final and binding. In the event of any dispute, the data stored on the server will be treated as authoritative.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the laki5 platform:

• Use of the platform by a minor or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Coordinated or artificial betting with the intent to abuse bonus or promotion programs.
• Impersonating another user or providing false information.
• Attempting to hack, alter, or manipulate the platform's software or systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other unauthorized technology.
• Conducting transactions using third-party accounts or payment methods.

If any of the above activities are suspected, laki5 may immediately suspend or close the account and seize the associated balance.

7.1 Closure by laki5

laki5 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. This action may be taken in particular for violations of the Terms, fraudulent activity, or suspicious transactions.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, withdraw any eligible balance you are owed.

laki5 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, data loss, or third-party actions. Accessing the platform and engaging in gaming activities is entirely at the user's own risk and discretion.

• laki5 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• laki5's maximum liability will in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
• laki5 is not responsible for disruptions to a gaming session caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
